Guarantees, Refund and Returns Policy
1. Guarantees
We are fully responsible for all shipped products and guarantee quality goods. The goods we send must match the photos and characteristics presented on the page of each product.
At the moment, there are no products in our assortment that have an additional warranty period.
2. Quality compliance
If, after receiving your order, you find that the product does not match its characteristics on the website, contact us by email at info@dreams.boutique and send your order number and a photo of the discrepancy. If your request is confirmed, we will send you a new product at no additional cost.
3. Return
Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". You have the right to return the goods within 14 working days (starting from the day following the receipt of the goods). The refund of the cost of the goods will be made after receiving the returned goods.
To return the goods, just contact us in any convenient way, the priority method of communication is email - info@dreams.boutique. Please indicate your order number, date of purchase, your name and contact details, the goods you want to return, and the reason.
3.1 Refund of the cost of goods upon return
Since our online store does not have a center where customers come and all sales are made by sending the goods to the buyer, then when reimbursing the cost, the store reserves the right to reduce the refund amount by an amount equal to the cost of sending the parcel to the buyer. If the buyer refused the parcel without a valid reason, he can no longer count on free delivery from our online store.
4. Valid reasons for refusing the goods and a full refund
4.1 If at the time of inspection it turns out that the goods do not correspond to the declared position or do not have the specified characteristics, then the Dreams Boutique online store undertakes to return the full prepayment for the order. In order for the return issue to be considered, please send a photo of the confirmation that the product does not match your order to the email address info@dreams.boutique. In this case, the store will first offer to send a new parcel with the relevant product.
4.2 If the parcel is damaged upon receipt, see the "Delivery and payment" section for additional instructions.
4.3 A full refund is only made upon confirmation of points 4.1 or 4.2. In all other cases, a refund is made minus the amount of delivery of the product to the buyer.
5. Return conditions
When returning a parcel, it is necessary: - the product must be returned in unused condition with the original packaging.
In case of violation of the above conditions, the online store "Dreams Boutique" reserves the right to refuse to satisfy the customer's requirements.
Once we receive and check your item, we will promptly refund the money to the specified bank card number in person, in the currency - Euro.
