Delivery and Payment Policy

1. Order processing

After placing an order on the site, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order, and we will start processing it. Check the e-mail address specified when placing the order, if there is no letter - also check the "Spam" tab. Processing of orders in automatic mode. 2. Processing Time

Processing time of orders in our online store within five business days. If the processing time of your order will be extended in case of force majeure, we will notify you at the email address specified when placing the order.

5 business days - this is the time for which we will transfer your order to the delivery service, do not confuse the time of processing with the time of delivery of the order.


As soon as we transfer your order to the delivery service, you will receive a mail with a tracking number to the e-mail address (specified when placing the order) and you will be able to track your parcel using this number.

3. Payment and procedure

In our store, the order is shipped only after payment for the product. To pay, use the functionality of the online store:
- add the desired goods to the basket;
- check the necessary quantity of goods;
- go to the "Checkout" section;
- enter the buyer's data and delivery address (IMPORTANT! Enter only Latin letters, this is necessary for international shipping, if the information is not entered in Latin letters - we will not be able to send your order);
- after entering the data, you can proceed to payment by pressing the corresponding button at the bottom of the page;
- after successful payment the order will be created.

3.1 Payment options

When placing an order, you can pay for it with any Visa or Mastercard card. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available. If there are problems with payment, please contact us by email info@dreams.boutique

4. Delivery options

Our online store sends only one delivery service from Ukraine - Ukrposhta. Our delivery service will transfer the package to your national postal operator. Then he will contact you to deliver it by courier personally.


Now delivery is available only within the borders of the countries that are part of the European Union.

4.1 Delivery terms

After we transfer your order to the delivery service, it must deliver the order to you within 21 days.


Most orders will be delivered within 14 days.


There is also a small chance (about 5%) that your order will be delivered within 21-28 days.

4.2 Violation of delivery terms

If your order has not arrived within 28 days, contact us at info@dreams.boutique In the letter, indicate your order number, as well as your name and surname. We will contact the delivery service and clarify the details of your package.


You can immediately write to us about your parcel if its movement does not change within 7 days (when tracking the tracker).


If the order has not arrived within 45 days from the moment of dispatch - we will send you a new one, without additional payments.

4.3 Damaged parcel

If at the time of receipt. you see that the parcel is damaged in such a way that its contents (goods) were damaged - do not accept the parcel. In case of damaged goods inside the package, you need:
- record the act of damage to the parcel;
- take a photo of the act, the damaged parcel and the damaged goods;
- then send us a letter with your order number, attach to the letter a photo of the act, the product and the parcel with packaging;
- after that, we will send you a new parcel without additional payment.

4.4 Incorrect order completion

If, at the time of inspection, it turns out that the package has an incorrect products (incorrect quantity of the goods you ordered), contact us at info@dreams.boutique.


Send your order number, your name and surname, as well as a photo of the package you received. Our online store solves such issues privately - if necessary, we will send you the missing goods without additional payments.

4.5 Problem with receiving the parcel

If when tracking the track number of your parcel, the status shows that the parcel has already been delivered - make sure that your relatives or neighbors have not picked up the parcel on your behalf, this can happen. If no one has picked up the package, contact us at info@dreams.boutique, as well as your national postal operator. We will do our best to clarify the status of your package, but in this case there is no return policy, as such actions can be used by fraudsters.

4.6 Delivery cost

Our store offers free delivery when ordering from countries that are part of the European Union.

5. Availability of goods

All products listed on the site with the mark "in stock" are ready to be shipped within 5 business days.
